C-TPAT refers to a Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism that is the certification program to prevent terrorism and was established in 2003 by the US government under the supervision of CBP (Customs and Border Protection) in order to enhance national safety and security along the global supply network.
BLPA provides various benefits such as smooth customs clearance when importing goods by planning and implementing security programs in order to enhance security for freight among businesses, and granting C-TPAT licenses to Customs and Tariff Bureaus.
